Ms. Xiu has handled domestic and foreign applications for patents and trademarks of many large group companies, and has participated in patent, trademark infringement litigations, patent and trademark invalidation requests on behalf of internationally renowned multinational companies. She has presided over the research of standard patent evaluation and patent pool construction. Ms. Xiu has participated in the writing of the China Intellectual Property Index Report 2010 and the Commercial Enterprise Intellectual Property Readers (edited by Beijing Intellectual Property Office) and so on.
